All of our merchandise is made custom. It may take a little longer than other places but keep in mind it is being made by one of our own. Most orders are shipped within 10 days of ordering, depending on size of order,

Because these shirts are made on site. We cannot offer refunds, especially on personalized Items. However on a case by case basis we will do what we can to make it right. Please be sure to double check your order before ordering to avoid mishaps. However if its something as simple as a size change let us know via email.
